Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for birth & postpartum professionals based in Charlotte, NC, or Fort Mill, SC, who are:
Experienced: You should have relevant experience in your field, whether as a birth doula, postpartum doula, sleep consultant, or lactation specialist. Certification in your area of expertise is preferred, though not always required.
Passionate: You care deeply about helping families thrive during the early stages of parenthood and beyond.
Reliable: Our clients depend on us for consistent, dependable support. We’re seeking team members who are committed to delivering top-quality care and who are above all, professionals.
Community-Oriented: You’re excited to be part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. You also value the opportunity to make a difference in the Charlotte and Fort Mill communities.
